ENPHE Board Elections: Call for Applications is Open!

As announced during our 2025 Spring Seminar, we are now officially launching the call for applications for the upcoming ENPHE Board elections.

The elections will take place during the ENPHE General Assembly in September 2025, in Luxembourg.


Vacant Positions:
• Board of Directors (4 positions): President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary 1
• General Assembly Board (2 positions): Vice-President, Secretary
• Supervisory Board (3 positions): Chair, Secretary, Officer

Eligibility:

  • Only colleagues from ENPHE full member institutions are eligible to apply for board positions.
  • Each application must be endorsed by the full member institution that the candidate is representing.

 

Further Details:

  • ENPHE board mandates are for a duration of four years.
  • Country Coordinators are eligible to vote on behalf of the members of their country, following a consensual vote collection process (as described in our Governance Guidelines).
  • Voting will take place online, and only Country Coordinators who are present during the General Assembly will be eligible to vote.


Application Timeline:

  • Official call for applications: 25th of April 2025
  • Deadline for expression of interest: 31st of May 2025 (short email to info@enphe.org. Please note this expression of interest does not count as a formal application)
  • Deadline for formal applications: 30th of June 2025 (send a motivation letter and CV, one page each, without personal contact details such as phone number or email, to info@enphe.org)
  • General Assembly Board shares all applications with Country Coordinators and members: 15th of July 2025
  • Elections: 20th of September 2025, during the General Assembly
